8th grade prom dress HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

ok the date this question is being posted is february 15, 2010 my 8th grade prom is around May, i need help finding a dress. i am 4'11 and 106 pounds if tht helps. also my favorite color is hot pink which i would like to make tht the color of the dress. also something not exceeeding over the price of $130. and i am 14 yrs old so nothing to grown. but im very girly and prissy so anything in tht category. it can be all pink or it can be a mixture like pink and black or pink and teal. spagetti straps, strapless, and halter dresses are ok. no low cut dresses tht show . also no super short dress try to make it go over my *** atleast. and i dont have a big chest or so they wont be problems. and if you lyk plz recommend some shoes tht wud go gud wit the dress. i kno this very long but i tried to make as specific as i can becuz i want to give yall a feel of wat kinda dress i want. i posted this question early so yall have atleast 3 months to think about it! so hope all these requirements help thanks so much bye =)
