Vendor at the Fremont street experience?

I am looking for vendor at the Fremont street experience. its a street vendor that sells wrap dresses (a dress you can wear tons of different ways) anyway I failed to get any info or website from them since I didn't have more money to buy a dress. if anyone knows who they are or where I can find the dres pattern online, please let me know. thanks
