My parents are wealthy and pay for 90% of my possession's. Am i being spoilt if they want to do it for me?

My father is the main contributer to my family income and he is a very wealthy barrister, and my mother is a occupational therapist. They treat me and my other sister well, we have our own apartment who i share with my sister and we both have our own car, and our parents pay for our cars and apartment, also they pay for both mine and my sisters phone bill. People say we're are spoilt, but not really because our parent's want to pay for us to live well and both me and my sister are enrolled into University at the moment, so we're not stupid either.
