Almost 38wks and im very dizzy and keep gettin sick!?

this morning i ate me a bowl of lucky charms and well next thing you know my belly started hurting me, i went to put some things away in my daughters room and well they end up getting throwin the floor and im running to the bath room b/c i was getting sick. i came to my moms for the day and well i had to end up handing her my daughter b/c i was gettin soo dizzy. so i came in the house to get me a sprite and some crackers which didnt help me at all. i cant even realy keep down ice or a drink. im gettin worried. i had a dr. apt. yesterday and well some how i went from being dilated to 1cm a week ago to none yesterday (unpossible aint it?) well im question that one. i just tried to eat somethin again and well it aint wanting to stay down either. since ive ate my belly is killing me.! i havent got sick yet but i got a feelin it will soon it feels that way! ..why am i feeling this way. could it even be labor like people are saying... ???
