"you asked" took the words right out of my mouth!!! Avocados, nuts and seeds (especially almonds, walnuts (check to make sure they are fresh, however - walnuts go stale quickly!), raw sunflower and pumpkin seeds) and tofu and roasted soy beans or full-fat soy milk contain healthy fats and oils which your body needs, and they have some calories as well. They are nutrient-rich, low in glycemic index, and really healthy all-round: i recommend them to you.
