Are these effects permanent?

i tried crystal meth 3 months ago.i did it 5 times.the last time i had a severe panic attack and hallucinated a little.took xanax and ped out.for the next 2 months i remained on xanax bc if i didnt take it i would be panicy and had feelings of constantly being uneasy..especially in social scenes. i finally weened myself off and have been doing better without xanax..but i still get recurring feelings of 'detachment' from reality or everything around me being surreal..its gotten better but still haunts me to the point of breaking down, not caring about anything, feeling lost (literally) and confused.it lasts for a short period but im constantly unhappy the rest of the day and dreading when it will happen again.will this ever go away? imjust uming its the long-term effect,but i dont know how much longer i can take it.please help!no b.s. answers from kids please
