How can my mom and me bond with out see my little sister dad ?

I'm trying to make me,my mom,sister bond together but my mom all ways got to be by my sister dumb a** dad. I hate him so bad LOL the only Wesson's she see him because we all ways board to death she a single mom too. We live and Las Vegas Nevada what can we do with little money or no money so we won't be board and we don't got to see my sister dad no more.
