Stumped on birthday gifts for girlfriend?

My girlfriend of over 2 and a half years' birthday is coming up but I am stumped on what to get her! I was going to get her a Coach satchel but her mom is getting that for her. What is a good birthday present to get her? Im going to give it to her when I take her out on a romantic dinner or during the sunset at the beach :)
