Keeping in touch with your former flame?

I currently still talk to my ex cause we work together. We only talk at work. She's currently looking for another job so once she leaves, I don't think I'll be talking to her again. Not because we hate each other cause we don't. We ended it on good terms but it's just I can't be friends w/ her since I still love her too much. And ever knowing she's seeing someone would only hurt me more. Just like you, my ex's life is pretty much on the up while mine is sort of on pause while I take care of a family member recovering from cancer.
