No one is listening to me. I KNOW I have a mental disorder. Help?

It could be anxiety, or it could be something far more serious (like Bipolar disorder) . Instead of worrying whats wrong with you (Something you cant fix til Summer), try treating the symptoms. If you're feeling mad or sad or anxious, try writting about it. What helps me when I feel that way is to write poetry or play a musical instrument. Try taking up guitar (Its hard, but it'll definately take your mind off everything else).
